I think my body wanted to sweat out whatever is going on. So, I used @fitbodapp and today’s workout included chest, back, abs and hamstrings. ::: Here was the workout it generated: 1. Barbell bench Press - 6 sets of 5 reps starting at 45 lbs and working my way up to 55 lbs 2. Dumbbell Row - 4 sets of 15 reps starting at 12.5 lbs and working up to 17.5 3. Pull Ups - 5 sets of 8 reps with 55 lbs to help me get up lol 4. Dumbbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 15 reps at 17.5 lbs 5. Lat Pulldown - 4 sets of 10-15 reps at 27.5 lbs 6. Vertical Knee Raise - 3 sets of 20 reps 7. Traceroute is a computer network diagnostic tool for displaying the route (path) and measuring transit delays of packets across an Internet Protocol (IP) network.
